BBC Countryfile Comes to Visit

Did you catch us on BBC One this past Sunday with Countryfile? Our very own Head of Production, Ben welcomed BBC presenter Charlotte Smith and the Countryfile team behind the scenes at the Hatchery to talk all things lobster!

The episode explores the beautiful Camel Estuary, taking in the history, encountering the wildlife, and meeting the people that live and work along its route.

It was a pleasure to introduce Charlotte and her team to our fascinating world of lobsters and share our marine conservation work.

Through our pioneering lobster stock enhancement project, we are raising and releasing baby lobsters to ensure the health of lobster stocks in our Cornish waters for many years to come.
