On set weekends throughout November and December, come and get involved in festive craft activities at our visitor centre, and lots Christmassy fun!
Dr Carly Daniels put The National Lobster hatchery on the international lobster stage at the recent International Conference and Workshop on Lobster (and Crab) Biology and management, from 22nd – 27th October 2023.
A question that we regularly get asked by our visitors, and although there is no simple answer, we hope to offer an insight into lobsters and their growth below.

One cold and wet Monday morning in Padstow, we teamed up with Padstow Sealife Safari for a boat release of our latest juveniles out at sea. We packed up all our technical gear and headed out to sea, to release some lobsters and hopefully see some wildlife.
